I try

- Anti fungal medicine
- itraconazal during 20 days
- doxycycline 23 days

Now soon I will do biopsy but the doctor said sometime it will even not helped.

The story is that after hair transplant I got a small cyst which is at the center of my crown and it is kind of tufted the hair in the center and destroy all the periferal.

Even my dermatologist think it is maybe a foreign body ….

It is now 4 years now I am suffering
No pus no pimples
Just redness and hitching and always creating a lot of white skin in the center (see picture)

Need help really
