If yes, how much would 1 piece usually cost?

Anyone having trouble with claiming or buying things from the online shop, the timer is set to 0:00 when I attempt to claim my freebies today, I’ve tried clearing my cache, history, restarting everything and it still somehow doesn’t allow me to buy or claim things like it’s suppose to I guess it also says something like my account wasn’t logged in when it is??? FYI I’m using an iPad right now and would appreciate your help if anyone had an issue like this before and solved!
