My Connie Mayer broke and rot at the bottom

This is part of a 3 yrs DF. Tropical weather. I took that long section almost 8-10 ft to repot but when I came to see it today the bottom part was rotten. What should I do I do?

I live in tropical weather hot hot. My DF requires a lot of water maybe because much of them are on cloth growing bags. Look at the discoloration.
