Why is my 40 series torque converter shredding itself so quickly?
It looks pretty aligned to me, I have no clue why it’s shredding so much.

Suspension change?
Yall see any problems with moving my rear swingarm suspension to either of these points? (as long as I can’t mount them reliably) I feel like it would be better positioned this way to absorb the swingarm travel and it would look better. I also want to get it out of the way of my intake.

Fun/stupid ideas?
Just finished my predator 459 go kart! Want to keep working on it. I will be giving the roll cage a paint job, key switch for starter, maybe brake lights and light bar? Possibly aluminum side panels? Anyone got other ideas? Send them over, the shittier the better

Predator 459 Starter Smoking
Today I got my wiring set up for my predator 459 starter using a key switch, and after trying the starter out successfully a few times it randomly started sizzling and smoking after a small pop. Keep in mind that this was not while in use and therefore it wasn’t trying to crank. Would really appreciate some help as I have very little electrical knowledge.
