Hi Are there any Barristers on here ? Are there any cases that have won, regarding that the employer must be reasonable when considering references for a job ?

Grapple Law

Hi has anyone managed to succeed a settlement agreement with Grapple Law or won their case.

I know we have to be careful with AI and check all case studies we use.

Disclosure

So i received by disclosure can't say to much on here. Found out my manager had me put under Fraud investigation. Obviously nothing came of it as 1 not true and 2 no one contacted me. To say I am disgusted is an under understatement.

They encourage you to be open and honest yet the dirty tricks they pull behind your back is out of order.

My manager was on a mission that thinks it would get he/she some where except it led to a dead end.

Should I have been told about this investigation ? As I was not.

Could it go in my claim as harassment ? Thanks

Reintroduce a claim i took out. Urgent

Hi at one of my Preliminary Hearings as a litigant, stupidly I dropped depression and anxiety but did not realise the significance of this at the time with my claim and have asked for an Amendment. I have explained the significance.

The R is saying I am being unreasonable and it will put the case back even further as final is booked for 2027. The R is saying it does not have authority for any settlement agreement but the over riding objective here is Selkent V bla bla.

The solicitor could easily ask the the R for a settlement agreement but chooses not to.

What reasoning and case law can I use to counter argue this please.

Consealment not the same as prev Qs

If i have my supervisions docs that I sent to my self from my work email address. Do i have to prove this date to the judge i sent them to myself IF ?

THE supervions from my SAR have been changed and vital information has been taken out.

The date I attached my supervision to my self proves the document gad not been doctored.

Wonder if anyone else had to prove this ? Thank you

SAR & R Trying to concealed evidence.

I had already sent all my supervisions to myself before R terminated me which proves lots of discrimination.

When I put a Sar in documents came back but bits had been taken out my supervisions that proved what they did.

Do I make Respondent solicitor aware of this or reveal it in my witness statement ? There are 2 x very serious allegations which were totally unfounded which I will be bringing up in list of issues and showing the tribunal how they have deliberatly doctored documents do i could not prove it, but I can due to forwarding my own supervisions to myself.

Draft list of Issues

My God what a huge learning curve and realising how sneaky the R is.

First of all the R sent mine as a list questions ? And when I put their qs into co pilot Ai my god are they trying to weaken my case and the list has missed out important aspects of my case big time. Stupidly being a litigant I started to answer some of these questions before I realised they are just a list of issues that frame the final hearing.

I wish I had of known about the list of issues before I started and it is not to late as they have to be in soon and I disagree with the R so im sure they will be ticked of now ive realised. And we might end up having our own lists.

I should have done this earlier on once I wrote my ET1 but did not realise the draft list of issues comes about from my Particulars of claim which was an utter car crash before I applied to amend it lol. 😁 🤣

Still learning while going along. I can understand now why solicitors charge so much its hard work but it is one job I would never want to do.

Anyone I hope this helps someone along the way toodle pip 😃

Over 4000 documents No index for all docs,no page numbers

So R has sent me their bundle over 4000 pages with no order. Just a small index which only runs to 150 sections.

Ive asked R for clarification to be told there is no current index and no order. I have let the tribunal know.

Should I just concentrate on proving their ET3 wrong with my evidence and try not to get distracted with there 4000 pages.

My plan is to make a list of what they are denying - name my evidence and give page numbers.

Then write my witness statement.

Anyone one else had this experience ? Is it the norm

JUDGE SAID NO ?

Hi during a previous P Hearing. The Rs barrister asked the judge if I would be interested in a settlement agreement. I said yes I would.

My disability P Hearing was due next and the Rs barrister asked if they could instead use that PH as a mediation for settlement instead. The judge said no as it was to early and needed to hear more of my case.

Can anyone explain this a little more pls. The tribunal has my schedule of losses and the respondent also.

Although the judge was pleased to hear me say I would be interested in settlement. I would have thought it would have been better to sort earlier rather than later to save court time.

I was also shocked as I have not proven my disabilities yet although I have multiple evidence to back them up but barrister wanted to settle so early unless he has seen something in my Et1 etc. Any advice appreciated

Thank you.

Question

I have a P Hearing doon to decide if I have disabilities.

I have sent my bundle to the respondent but have not had the whole final bundle back to check.

I may have to send my bundle into the courts if I dont hear back from respondent.

Can I ask for a strike out if they forget to send evidence ?

Thank you
