Relapsed after 9 months from Tandem Stem Cell Transplant. Having CAR-T cell next. When that fails, what’s next ?

I have tried Fiocchi 12gauge #8 shot in a Mossberg 500, Remington 870, Beretta A300 and A400. They have either failed to load, failed to eject or got stuck in the barrel. No problems with any other brand of ammo. I bought some months later to try, same problems. This brand is shit. Anyone else experience this ?

Anyone use Continental Terrain Contact H/T ? Options ?
