What would be the best way for this gas tank to be in the boat? I would really prefer for it to be behind the backseat. Could I just use it standing up in the corner and install a longer pick up tube into the tank? Or do I need to build a little shelf in the back and lay it flat?

What’s the best way to remove this broken oxidized clearcoat, but leave the camo paint underneath?

I have a live well on my 13ft Jon boat and a 1in threaded plug used to fit it. I think the threads have gotten bent along with the hole. I can just use an expansion boat plug, but it sticks out the bottom and hits the bunk on the trailer. The hole is 1in wide 1/4in thick.
