Lian Li A3 improve GPU noise

I'm not entirely sure what to do for best noise and cooling here so I would appreciate some opinions ^^

I haven't bought anything special for it yet so right now I just run the GPU with no bottom case fans but I have a few alternate options in mind.

I could fit slim case fans (<20mm) under the GPU however I'm not sure that would really... do anything, with the added turbulence it might just make both noise much worse for a negligible gain?

Other options I'm considering are:

Deshrouding the GPU and using 2x120mm fans attached to the heatsink probably with a spacer and/or 3D printed shroud

Deshrouding the GPU and using 3x120mm bottom case fans with a 3D printed air duct to funnel air to the GPU

Aaand this one would definitely be overdoing it and might be worse due to airflow constraints, but I think there might be enough vertical clearance to do a small custom water-cooling loop with a bottom-mounted radiator. (Has to be bottom because there is already a radiator at the top for the CPU)

For added information, the GPU doesn't throttle at all or struggle with temps but it does get really noisy under load which is why I'm looking for alternative setups.

Is there any case that fits both NITRO+ 7900XT and NH-LC1-24?

For context I currently have an NR200P because at the time that was the only case that could both fit that GPU and a big enough CPU air cooler. I'm kinda debating Noctua's AIO now that they've released it, but I would need a case that can fit all of that first...

Unfortunately my NR200P is a V1 which Noctua says wouldn't fit their AIO, so I guess I'm trying to see if anyone else has found an SFF case that can fit this combo before? Or if maybe that AIO would still fit despite Noctua saying otherwise?

I'll keep searching on my own of course but just thought I'd ask in here as well :)
