Regarding Work and Wants

In communism, what do you guys think should be the age of consent to work a job, how would getting a job work, and will people be allowed to job surf to find passions? What if no passion?

I like to see my pov sort of like how it is now: a person would apply for a job they believe would benefit their passions, if they end up disliking it, they can quit.

Secondly, how would "from each according to his ability, to each according his needs" really work? There is no currency under communism, obviously, so would a manager of the job write out a thing showing their hours are sufficient for wants?

If there is a niche interest someone has, the people cant supply a want for just a few people, can they? It wouldnt have enough support or need to be created. Would the people make this themself or is there a solution?

What type of governing would you like to see under Socialism/Communism?

I considered myself an anarchist for years, believing in no hierarchy and the people making the changes and laws. I'm not too sure my stance at the moment though.

I believe democracy would be good, but the hierarchy that comes with elected officials throws me off a bit.

Let me know your beliefs!

Why Vanguard party?

I am a new Marxist (not educated on subtypes) but I recently learned more about the Vanguard party.

Why do people support this party? From my understanding it is a one party that will lead the revolution to eventual communism. However, this party has led USSR to dictatorship. One party system doesnt seem rational to me, as its a very small amount of people in charge, even if they're proletariat.

I apologize if I am severely ignorant, I'm very eager to a Leninist(?) to defend the party here or explain it more in detail.
