I remember something about Countessa's titan and the Simurgh, but what about in the end?

Was it to actually become another Entity? Was it to control Earth and farm humans until another Entity came along? Or just continue making new wars and conflicts with no end goal anymore?

Or did she actually have any plan beyond vague biological programming?
