Im curious about lip blushing

I happens to deal with little bit of pigmentation on my lips it’s nothing abnormal or huge issue for me but i was thinking if i can i might do lip blushing so that i will feel more confident and i can just put some lip balm before leaving i wouldn’t have to reapply lipsticks all the time. Im in my 20s.
As i wanted to do lip blushing my mum told me that i can’t put water around my lips for at least 7 days as my mum also did her eyebrows. But she was saying that eyebrows are different i can live without washing my eyebrows but how am i gonna brush my teeth for 7 days and im a bit ocd so i can’t deal with dirts and the place where my mumma got her eyebrows from they claims it’s not permanent and it’s temporary same for the lips as well. Can you guys tell me which one is myth? and if i should get it done. Please share your experiences with me it will be highly appreciated thanks.

Need help with choosing the right supplements

Im in my 20s and I started taking some supplements recently and i just finished one bottle of “Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil Omega-3” and that significantly helped with my skin texture i feel like and i also bought another one with that it was “NATURE'S BOUNTY HAIR, SKIN & NAILS SOFTGELS” but this one didn’t suit my skin because of biotin so i didn’t continue this one i stuck with the salmon oil one and it helped my skin but now that the bottle is completely finished Im confused which supplements should i buy my concern is gut health and good skin. I might repurchase the salmon oil one as it works great for me but suggest me some good ones that will help me with those issues.
