Calling out Headphone zone for the double game they played
So when My cable of Tangzu waner stopped working completely after some months of purchasing I sent whole IEM to headphone zone as it was under warranty and first they revoked my warranty saying My IEM has damage on it's earpieces ( And it's totally unrelated to sound not coming from IEMs and I don't thick it's even a damage ) . They said We are sending a new cable as a gesture of Goodwill but still they sent it under warranty and That cable has stopped working again after a short time but I won't be able to claim warranty now
Why this double game ??
I'm attaching the video which they emailed me after it reached their base so you all get the idea of what they CLAIMED to be a damage ...Is it even Fair to be considered a damage???
secondly why was my warranty even revoked if you sent the cable as goodwill gesture although the "DAMAGE" you claim had nothing to do with sound
