There is NO free coffee/free cookie promo on Oct 6th. This is obviously an AI image. You should see the faces when I tell guests, no, thats a scam. They look like I kicked their dog.
I am SO annoyed. Use common sense and kindness!
Hello friends and neighbors! The city of Henderson, Nevada, is holding an election for mayor on November 3, 2026. The candidates are Hollie Chadwick (NP) and Michelle Romero (NP). Romero is the current mayor since 2023. Chadwick is a retired police chief from the Henderson Police Department.
The other race in Henderson is the Ward III position, and the candidates are Carrie Cox and Jennifer Atlas.
Researching my vote can be complicated! I am passionate about government overreach, homelessness in Henderson, and data center regulation. I could not find the information I wanted on campaign sites. I did some research and found an article an article that addresses these issues and some other interesting topics.
My questions to you: Has anyone attended a meet and greet for these candidates? Was it helpful for you in choosing a candidate?
And how do I ask about issues that are controversial, like a candidate's postion on Henderson Detention Center's agreement with Immigration and Customs Enforcement?
Please do your own research and vote! Opinions welcome.

It's so hard to find real life friends who love like musicals, but I did. I was telling them about our ALW subreddit and they said "Hamilton is one of my favorites by him" and I died a little.
