I have an interview with a body tomorrow not in the Public Service.
I am very nervous. There is 7 competencies and im struggling to remember any/all.
Any help will be appreciated as I really need this role!

Ive a 60min interview scheduled for next week with a public body in my local area. I have been advised that there is only 1 position available.
how many other candidates would be called if you had to guess? It’s not for a county council.
I am just trying to gauge how much of a chance I have in landing the role.

Hi all.
I am coming here looking for advice since i am really struggling at the moment. i have been unemployed since February 2026 after my contract finished up with the department of agriculture In Dublin. I am 27 male living at home with little to no savings. I have over 6 years managerial experience and a level 8 degree.
I am feeling very low with trying to get a job and get back on my feet and afford to move out. The job market is a complete shambles and I am applying for anything and everything just to get an income coming back in.
any advice here would be greatly appreciated.
