9 minute Long Cycle, 74 reps w/ 20kg. Prepping for Twin Cities Comp

Vid is first minute, and final 2 minutes.

Exactly a month out from the Twin Cities Kettlebell Comp, and today's session was long cycle. Had a long (and physically heavy) day at work, so was really wondering if I could keep my pacing up for the whole thing today. It's always fascinating how some days it's possible to just drop into it and get it done even when tired, and some days I feel great and just get mentally crushed. It's what I hate to love about this sport.

Aiming for 82-85 reps at comp

Remember to give your bells work outside the lifts too

Just doing some crochet, and figured out this silly hack.

First ever 10' LC with the 20's.

First post here, but sometimes a day's win is a day's win and you gotta share.

Last minute of 10' LC set. First time with the 20kgs. 78 reps total. Prepping for Twin Cities Open in September
