i currently work for a large general contractor and are trying to keep up with COIs and expiration dates. we currently use Billy, but lately we feel like it's pretty clunky and not beneficial. is there a way I can set this up before they pay during BILL.com they are notified? is there a COI tracking software that you like more? open to all suggestions? thank you!
