Message app is showing social media accounts instead of normal phone contacts when I try to share things. So when I hit send on a photo for example, it used to show me the people I've texted most frequently, but now it's only showing Instagram accounts. How can I turn this off and go back to showing my normal contacts?

Using iPhone 14 and iOS 18.7.8
