On the joining instructions, it says to bring a deodorant but I heard aerosol isn't allowed. I'm not 100% sure as this wasn't written anywhere in the instructions. Can anyone confirm this and what would be good alternatives.

I'm also thinking of bringing dry bags for exercises such as Pier Cellars etc. What would be an appropriate size and what brands would you recommend.

I'm starting Raleigh very soon and I already have my kit list of what to bring with me. One of the items is Metal wool polish. I just wanted to ask what i'll need it for (if at all) and which brand would you recommend.

So I'm due to start my phase 1 at Raleigh soon. I received Joining instructions and in the "Documents" section it says that I'll also need to take a National Health Card with me. So I would like to ask what is this National Health Card and how do I obtain it? If anyone has done Raleigh and has had experiences with this let me know how it went.

Can you bring things like Paracetamol or fever tablets with you to Raleigh for Phase 1? Also is it better to bring a duffle bag or suitcase? Thanks
