Brother printer MFC-L2750DW 2-sided disabled
Hi all, I am looking for help with my brother printer not able to print 2-sided. I am getting 2-sided disabled error on the screen with back panel open.
Single-sided print, scan, and copy all work. However, automatic duplex does not work from either computer printing or the printer’s own 2-sided copy function. It always shows “2-sided Disabled.”
I already removed and reinserted the duplex tray, closed the rear cover firmly, checked that paper size is Letter and paper type is Plain Paper, installed the Brother driver, and power-cycled the printer.
