Can I ask a question I’m truly bamboozled by - I get that there is a plan to potentially make Grand Army Plaza “car free.” But in the meantime, why don’t they just fix the timing of the cross walk signs?? Like it doesn’t seem safe at all to have hundreds of people standing in the middle of the road while waiting for the next light in a series of five to say “walk.” Surely that’s just a simple engineering fix? I am truly bamboozled and just wondering if anyone could shed light on this!
