Heavy Caffeine Use
Hello, I (31M) have been hooked on drinking coffee for years. I quit full sugar soda and replaced it with coffee years ago and never looked back. It's caught up with me now. For the last 5+ years, I've been consuming about 1,000-1200 MG of Caffeine per day.
I would certainly like to cut back, and I think a half-calf coffee could be a good start.
I'm mostly posting to find out if others were heavy caffeine like me and any tips you recommend to cut back. Thank you
