Can anyone recommend a figure drawing class that I can take? I need to brush up on my drawing skills and I’ve always enjoyed figure drawing. Preferably somewhere in Gaithersburg / Rockville. DC also works. I plan to take it at least twice a month.

My husband and I will most likely rent a 1,700 sq ft basement. The homeowner sent me a draft of the lease to look and everything looks good but I want to ask a few questions. I already have a few but I want to hear from fellow renters what questions they have asked their landlords or potential landlords before signing a lease.
I visited The Whaley House a month or so ago. This is my first time visting a well known haunted home where I was the outsider. I've lived in haunted areas and the most I experienced were whispers. But visting the Whaley House was different. It made me never want to visit a haunted structure ever again.
My friend and I waited outside for the tour to start. Nothing unusual. We lined up for the tour and when I walked in, that was when it started. My chest started to feel like it was being crushed and I sat there listening to the tour guide, I couldn't help but feel that there were people crowding me even though the tour wasn't full and there was a lot of distance between other guests and me.
We walked through the rest of the house and my chest started to hurt then I felt my lungs burning. I only took photos of the first floor because as soon as we went upstairs, I felt like I needed to put my camera away as if something was making me do it. I felt my heart rate go up (my Apple Watch said 120 bpm) and finally, we went outside to finish the tour.
I felt better as I stepped outside. I wanted to get off the property so bad. I felt uneasy and sick.
I'm curious to find out about other people's experience visiting The Whaley House. Even though the spirits that lived there never touched me, they let me know that I was not welcome. So this would be my first and last visit at a haunted structure.
