I (29 y.o.) overheard my boss (31 y.o.) talking to a patient about another PT location owned by the same company. We are a physician owned business to give some context. They said that this location “has nice people but they will probably waste your time. They dont really push patients or do much hands on work”.

Is it me or is that pretty unprofessional? Yes they recently went through the residency program, but still. Feels like an internal conversation vs just something that is put out there.
