Hi, I am in 3rd year and from EE3 branch, I got intern as SDE in one of the MNCs, can non quant intern land a quant placement, also do big quant companies come from placements?

Also what to prepare/work upon to increase the chances of quant, are OAs too different (in terms of difficulty and topics asked) from that of the intern, if yes what new topics are asked
