Any feedback or configuration ideas from experienced renovators on how difficult it would be to turn this laundry into a laundry bathroom? Does it even look possible without knocking down the wall and extending? Which we wouldn’t necessarily be against. Would just be a shower, sink and washing machine (and a drier only if we could squeeze it).

I think we’d have to put a wall in to maintain privacy and access to the outside.
