Got a good halibut and spotted bay bass over the weekend. Both on drop shots

Finish a set of Gyuto, Sujihiki, and Petty knives with teak and antlers wa handles for my parents :)

I’m making a gyuto, sujihiki, and petty, and I can’t decide what wood to use for wa handles.
