I measured my BP at 107/56 today because I was feeling lightheaded (sitting at my desk) and hot. I usually have low blood pressure but not often below 90/60. Edit: I'm 27F.

I'm struggling to find information on whether having only low diastolic blood pressure (below 60) without a systolic reading below 90 is okay. Tips please? Thanks!
