Basic spreadsheet service?
Hiii! I run a small business that would majorly benefit from some hi tech upgrades (as in, from my pencil on paper system to a system with a couple of basic spreadsheets)
It’s not at all a good use of my time to build them myself, im realizing after a couple YouTube videos.
Anyone know someone I could contract for those service?
I think what I need is pretty basic, here’s a rough idea:
I work directly with other businesses, providing a service that has lots of variables that affect pricing. I spend so much time-
A: quoting clients for services. I feel like there’s a way to set up a spreadsheet that I can select options, input quantities, etc, and more quickly work up a quote when requested. It’s literally me, a paper with my general rates, and a plastic calculator against the world right now.
B: keeping the many,many details straight. Specs will be strewn out over long, winding email threads that I have to comb through for the info when it’s time for production. I’d love a sheet I can share with clients where they input the final specs in one organized area.
I would love to work with someone that I can have a quick in person meeting with, maybe downtown or downtown weaverville? I feel the need to quickly show the service/product I provide and get some support troubleshooting how to make these sheets/templates function well for this niche service.
And then someone who can set up these sheets for me and maybe give me a very quick rundown on how to utilize them. I don’t like to drag things out like this forever so I’ll be in and out of your hair quickly :)
