I love doing nothing

In my free time I love just sitting around and doing nothing except thinking about random stuff. I don't feel guilty about it at all. I think that the guilt people feel when doing nothing or stuff that is deemed as "wasting time" is imposed by this society that's obsessed with productiveness and generating profit for the shareholders. You don't need to be productive every single minute. Other animal species love to sit around and relax and be in their comfort zone, so I don't see why humans would be an exception to that.

Provided that the draft is necessary and can't be avoided, both men and women should be drafted instead of only men

I'm opposed to the draft and war in general. But if it's already happening and can't be avoided, then it's not fair at all that only men are drafted (like in Ukraine) and then die in large numbers, while women are enjoying the privilege of being women during times of war. If 1 million men died in a war, it would only be fair if that number was divided to 500 thousand men and 500 thousand women.

The fact that so many type 2 diabetics aren't aware that they can reverse their diabetes is just sad

Reversal of type 2 diabetes with ketogenic diet has been demonstrated countless times. Personally I have 2 family members who now have normal blood sugar and fasting insulin after eliminating high glycemic foods. The sad part is that they didn't get the information about the diet from their doctors. Shouldn't doctors know about the diet? Why are they not recommending it? I feel a big sense of injustice regarding all those people who can reverse their type 2 diabetes but don't know that it's possible. Instead they are told that it's a progressive disease and reversing it is not possible.
