Collabora Online 26.04 is out, our major annual release for 2026. And it’s a special one, because this year marks ten years of Collabora Online. A decade of open source, privacy-respecting document collaboration, and we’re just getting started.

  • Optional AI assistance in Writer, Calc and Impress, on your terms
  • Richer document comparison and review workflows
  • New functions, formatting and per-user views in Calc
  • Improved collaborative presenting in Impress
  • Accessibility improvements, including BITV 2.0 certification
  • Continued interoperability, performance and usability improvements

This release brings a far more native Collabora Online experience to Windows, macOS and Linux, with optional AI-assisted workflows, improved accessibility, better interoperability and the latest features from CODE 26.04.

This is an early desktop release, ready to explore, test, and help shape.
