Not once. Not twice. Every night for months. This man stands in the alley next to my hostel and touches himself. 14-15 y/o school going girls to 26-27 y/o women with jobs have seen him and gotten uncomfortable. What is the state of this city? What is wrong with these men? Who raised them? It's 38 degrees we just want some air. But we can't sit infront of our windows because this creepy man stares right at us and masturbates to barely adult girls of this hostel. We even filmed him and he stared at the camera without any shame. What a horrible person. He's probably 40 years old why isn't he going home to his wife who probably breaks her back trying to put food on the table?
