What hygiene topic do you think needs to be talked about MORE openly without shame?

Honestly I think people should talk more openly about how depression or stress can completely ruin your hygiene habits. There was a time last year when I was so mentally drained from work and family problems that I would skip basic things like showering properly or even brushing my teeth before sleeping. I felt embarrassed about it and thought people would judge me if I admitted it out loud.

What surprised me was when I finally opened up to a close friend, she told me she went through the exact same thing during college and thought she was the only one too. It made me realize a lot of people struggle with hygiene at certain points in life but hide it because of shame. I really think conversations like this should be more normal instead of everyone pretending they always have everything together.
