I’ve noticed this increasing trend of recruiters on LinkedIn talking about “fake applications” and “fake candidates “ . What does that actually mean? Are they talking about people who use AI to tailor their resumes or just bots mass applying for some reason ?

I’m an early career job seeker, I previously was working as an EPM at a FAANG company as a contractor and prior to that worked at a co-working space as an office manager.
I’ve been seeking roles as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, office manager but seem to have no luck!
Most jobs that I apply to that are PM place me on the lower end of the spectrum of work experience as I only have two years, and I feel like because of my previous job titles it makes me seem overqualified for Admin work.
I’ve been grateful to have had around 4 different interviews, two leading to multiple rounds but no offer ( at final round). I’ve now hit a stall in responses, and have no more interviews lined up and wanted to see what people recommended for me to do. Should I adjust my job title to make it easier to land jobs?
