Recently, I toured Ava studio city I like the apartment good enough to put a security deposit down. I was approved and put a security deposit down three days ago and they said I need to sign the lease within five days. I haven’t gotten the lease and when I call, they say they’ll be in touch with me shortly, but never get in touch with me. Has anyone lived or does anyone currently live here? Is it worth it? Is this the first series of bad events that will keep happening if I move here?
