Apologies if I’m breaking any rules or etiquette. This grew on top of a Tulip instead of a flower. It seems to have seeds, which I know can’t be right, since it’s a bulb plant, right? I tried to google it, including google lens, but nothing seemed to match. Any thoughts on what has happened?

It’s in a bed next to Day Lilies and Bearded Irises. I’m super new at gardening, and want to be sure I haven’t made some horrible mistake!
