I have leveled the bed many times, checked z-hop, made sure the hot end was tight, flow rate etc. Can't for the life of me understand why it will hit the model after about a few inches. Really thought the z-hop was the issue, but I have it set to be 2x the layer height, but still hits at the same spot every time. So frustrating having such a big 3d printer and unable to print anything beyond few inches haha.

Any ideas or thoughts to try?

Edit: Forgot to mention I'm using PETG, if that makes a difference

Edit2: It appears to be fixed now. I tried all the fixes listed below which were all great suggestions. I replaced the nozzle with a different size and now it's not scraping anymore. Not sure if it was something with the way the assembly was out together that caused it or what.

Hi everyone, just got the Neptune 4 Max. Everything seemed to go together easily enough. Though when I'm trying to heat the bed for PETG it takes forever. Upwards of about 20-30 minutes just to get to 60-70C. I assume this isn't normal, but can anyone point me in the direction of what to check?

I do plan on reaching out to Elegoo, but was hoping someone else had the same issue and had a quick fix
