Bulgarian split squat bench to fix anterior pelvic tilt?
I've had the idea to stretch my hip flexor with a bulgarian split squat bench in front of my standing desk. While I contract my glutes, I can clearly feel the hip flexor being stretched.
Could a physiotherapist tell me whether this is a good exercice, or if it goes against my purpose?
