How long does MOHRE usually take to take action on a complaint? Mine is about visa cancellation and claims, and it has already been 17 days since I filed it.

At first, they called to verify my complaint, and then I received a message saying they would call again on a specific date and time. However, until now, I still haven’t received any update. I keep following up, but they only tell me to wait for the call.

It has already passed the 14-day mediation period. Has anyone experienced the same situation? What did you do, and how long did it take before there was progress on your case?
