What do I do with this guy if I already have an almost maxed out hundo dynamax metagross?

I know he's not top tier if it's not shadow, I can't use it for max raids and the hundo is better for mega

I was thinking maybe for pvp so I can give this one shadow claw and keep the other with bullet punch? Or maybe give the other shadow claw and keep this as pure steel attacker?

I'm leaning more towards marshadow because I feel IVs are more important in pvp than pve but still would like advice
