What part of CPF is considered in FIRE portfolio

In other countries especially US, people consider all their assets (minus property) in their FIRE portfolio, including 401k/ROTH etc.

For us with CPF, how do you include it in your FIRE portfolio and calculations? Since we also have CPF Life.

Just OA?

OA + SA?

OA + SA + MA?

Feels especially weird to include MA since it can’t be withdrawn, but it does help take care of healthcare costs whereas those in US have to factor in high healthcare costs in their FIRE expenses.

Stuck in ILP

I got sucked into AIA Pro Achiever 3 that lasts 10 years. Now into my third year, monthly premium $1000, total premiums paid $37000, current value is $48000. Looks okay on paper but I think most of it is inflated by all the sign-up bonuses that they use to entice you. I have other investments in S&P500 (invested after this ILP when I became more financially savvy) and I am not sure if worth to bite the bullet and surrender this policy which I will barely get anything back...only $9600, so I lose close to $30000.

Feels like I am too deep in to make it worth surrendering and I keep telling myself only 7 more years...But 7 years also feels super long. Just feeling angry that I blindly believed my financial advisor (now I do my own investments apart from this ILP), and he managed to get away with a good profit from me. He showed me his account also buying this ILP $500 monthly, which was why I believed him. Because why would a financial advisor buy an ILP himself if he knows it is a scam? He is an MDRT/COT high flyer. Maybe $500 monthly is nothing to him and he just uses it as a "scamming tool", then kudos to him because I fell for it haha.
