nursing stats

Hi everyone! I’m applying to nursing schools pretty soon and wanted to get an idea of where I stand based on my stats.
I had a pretty rocky start freshman year and unfortunately bombed most of my science classes early on. Since then, I’ve really turned things around and retaken all of my science prerequisites (A&P 1 & 2 lecture/lab, Microbiology lecture/lab, and Chemistry). On the retakes, I’ve made all B’s and one A.
I’ve taken the TEAS once so far and scored an 80 and have worked as an MA for two years.

I’m planning to apply to most of the Houston-area programs including Texas Woman’s University, University of Houston, and University of St. Thomas, and possibly University of Texas Medical Branch and Texas A&M University as well.
I know nursing school admissions are competitive, but I wanted honest opinions on whether I’d be considered a competitive applicant or if there’s anything I should focus on improving before applying.
