Rebuilding roster, team before trade is on 2nd slide

Honestly feel like my team has a wide range of outcomes and could be a decent playoff team next year considering its pretty fresh out of a startup. Could also fall flat. Would you be comfortable sending your 27 first for someone like breece/burden on this team?
