FRAUD BY INDUSIND BANK

I opened an account with your bank in 2023. Money was transferred to my account from Giridih, and I withdrew it from an ATM in Kota for my studies. After that, the bank started blocking the same amount against almost every transaction in my account.
It has been 3 years now. I have visited the branch multiple times and raised several queries, but I still have not received any proper response or resolution. This issue has not happened only with me — many other customers have faced similar problems as well.
Customers deserve transparency and support when their hard-earned money is involved. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter further through RBI Ombudsman and other authorities.
