I work at a retail store in a mall where only one employee is scheduled to work at a time. There's no break room, I have a chair behind the register but I do not get any breaks even for an 8 hour shift. I can still be on my phone and eat and drink but I don't get any breaks away from the customer or out of the store. I cant go to the food court to get any food during work either I have to stay in the store. Is this legal? Im in Minnesota.

so ive been wanting to do tattooing for awhile and I posted some of my art and a tattoo shop from my town started following me and I was so excited and I messaged them asking if they take apprenticeships and I got left on seen and blocked? Are you not supposed to do that was it rude, someone help please 😭
