So I have heard both ends of the story pertaining to MAU accepting shorter program lengths. For example, if an excessive BAC enhancement gets removed due to plea bargain, the MAU would be ok with a 3 month Program.

But I have also heard that even with the removal of the enhancement they would still require a 9 month program. Is there a Strategy DUI Attorney use to help there client In this scenarios? Or is it a lost cause?

DA added enhancement of mandatory 9 month DUI Program.

I have been attending AA meetings (3 per Week ) since the day of the official charges before the arraignment (May 27) . I also enrolled in a 3 month DUI, since my APS Hearing was pushed out till July.

Is there even a chance to have the enhancement removed in the plea bargain? Even if the prosecutor has a solid BAC and no margin of error? If the enhancement does get removed, will the DMV accept a shorter DUI Program per the court minute order?
