Jet Bandsaw jwbs-16b

So I kinda got in over my head with troubleshooting my recently acquired 16”Jet bandsaw. While trying to figure out why I could not put a new blade I spoke with a guy from Rockler. I determined that it was due to the wheel not sliding down all the way. It was stuck. So I loosed a nut and that did indeed allow enough slack to slide on a new blade. But dumb me I at some point took the entire upper wheel off and now I can’t get everything thing reconfigured correctly. Basically I have the reverse problem, too much play and I can get the tension correct nor have it even close to calibrated with the blade tension indicator.

So, anyone out there with a jwbs-16 or 16b that can take a photo of the upper wheel showing what the screw looks like when fully loosened, (no tension), and post a pic or two?

This might help me to determine how to get everything dialed back in.
I’ve attached pictures of what I’m looking at if it helps.

TIA

So what do you do when you buy a second hand Jet 12 21? You discover that a can of Rust-Oleum Canvas White is almost a dead ringer for the original stock white so you naturally buy a can and completely refinish the body to make it look practically factory new! 🤣😁
