Hey gang,

Had some really positive interview runs for a senior mechanical engineer position. Recruiter confirmed that positive feedback was received for behavioral and technical interview. My understanding is one more round of a technical onsite is left to be done. However, recruiter said company is pausing process to “sort out some internal things.” Any idea if things will pick back up or should I cool my expectations?
