Everyone in the world who's capable of making a decision is faced with a giant woodchipper (so babies excluded, children included). You cannot see inside the woodchipper, nobody knows how many people may or may not be inside. But you do know that everyone else must choose too.
It is currently powered off. You must either enter the woodchipper or press the ON button. If >50% of people press ON, it will power on and shred everyone who chose to climb inside. If >50% of people enter, it will never turn on.
