Over hearing and seeing influencers with the constant message get the f up and grind - no excuses even when you’re injured. There are so many people interested in this sport and many will buy into this mindset and the “coolness” and it is sad. Many of the people promoting this are just making money of those that buy into it.
I was really surprised to see someone who is a DPT by profession that tell someone that as a provider they wouldn’t recommend running with an ankle injury but as a friend to let’s f’ing go.
Off the cliff and time to watch some of the everyday people, like you and me, out there crushing Cocodona!
