Gender affirming exercise (hips/lovehandles specific)
Ive tried general weightloss before with cardio and dieting. Im now abt 130lb at 5'4 (rip) and am on my first month of testosterone. My curves are still prominent and im new to actual strength building exercises. Im looking for any tips and my main questions are: How to slim down hips, good diet outlines, exercise frequency, etc.
PS: Im not well versed in reddit so sorry if this has already been asked but I haven't been able to find this specific advice.
